Join us for our next Leading to Well-Being Speaker Series event with Jessica Grossmeier, author of the book "Reimagining Workplace Well-being: Fostering a Culture of Purpose, Connection, and Transcendence."
Employee well-being has been deeply challenged, highlighting the opportunity for employers to embrace a holistic approach to workplace well-being. As leaders and managers increase their efforts in addressing workplace cultures and commit to total worker well-being, the time is now to invest in an approach that is grounded in science and tested in leading organizations. This session integrates best practices from workplace well-being research that foster the whole-person well-being of individuals, teams, and leaders to drive better business outcomes. Dr. Grossmeier will address the business case for investing in a comprehensive approach to workplace well-being, discuss best practices, and share case studies of organizations that prioritize workplace well-being.
